About me
I specialise in explainers and factual films for online platforms, often about politics and the news. Recent highlights include a film for The New York Times about America’s response to Covid-19 and a film for BBC Ideas about “media panics”. I’m the creator of the series Things Not to Say for BBC Three, which has won several awards and been watched many millions of times on Facebook and YouTube. (Here are my other recent films.)
Before filmmaking, I was a television producer. For two years I ran Free Speech, the current affairs show on BBC Three, and before that, I spent three years as the Westminster producer on BBC Question Time. I have also worked on political dramas and satirical comedy shows. (More about my background.)
